A young man wearing a black T-shirt suddenly rushed into the business hall, carrying two kitchen knives in his hand, and ran towards the business counter. The man staggered all the way, waving his two kitchen knives.

The strange behavior of the man in black frightened the people in the business hall, and the citizens who handled the business kept away.

Just after the man rushed into the business hall, several uniformed policemen ran in. When the police came in, the man with a knife waved a kitchen knife at the police and threatened not to get close, while continuing to run forward. Subsequently, the police forced the man to the rear corner of the counter, and the two sides began to standoff.

Master Li, a security guard at a nearby shopping mall, said that he saw the man running along the pedestrian street at that time. "He felt crazy and shook when walking."

According to the teller in the business hall at the scene, the man was extremely excited after being forced to the corner. He had been frantically waving his two kitchen knives and threatening the police to stay away. Several police officers blocked the scene and began to negotiate with the men after ensuring the safety of the citizens.

The teller said that because the man was agitated and spoke vaguely, he could not communicate at all: "No matter what he said, he just waved the kitchen knife and looked scary." After trying to communicate, the police evacuated the citizens and the staff of the business hall.

In order to prevent the man from losing his temper and hurting others, the police took out a pepper ball gun and sprayed the man. After the man was stimulated by pepper ball powder, he dropped his kitchen knife and the police immediately came forward to subdue him.

According to the Nan'an District Public Security Bureau, at about 12:00 pm yesterday, when the police of the sub-bureau patrolled the Nanping bus hub station, they found the man in black was emotional, waving a kitchen knife and running on the road, and broke into the Nanping Xiji Mobile Communication Business Hall, so they used pepper ball powder to take the man's clothing away, and no one was injured at the scene.

According to preliminary investigation, the man's surname is Li, 22 years old, from Ziyang, Sichuan. At present, the incident is still under further investigation.
