The manufacture of pepper balls needs vulcanization technology, but the vulcanization technology of rubber balls and pepper balls is quite different. In the vulcanization process, external conditions cause chemical reaction between raw rubber and vulcanizing agent or between raw rubber and raw rubber, and macromolecules in linear pepper balls cross-link into macromolecules with a solid network structure. Through this reaction, various properties of rubber are greatly improved, so that pepper balls can obtain physical and mechanical properties and other properties that can meet the needs of product use.
