Micro-cutting-assisted interaction technology is a new application in the field of mechanochemistry, which refers to the manufacture of capsaicin in pepper balls by using mechanochemical effect. Plant raw materials and chemical additives are ground together to achieve ultrafine state. As the pretreatment of extraction, a technology of extracting effective components with water or dilute alcohol is selected to manufacture capsaicin in pepper balls. The basic principle of this technology is that capsaicin in pepper balls is produced by the crushing process, the plant cell wall is broken, and the chemical reaction between chemical additives and effective active ingredients, thus improving the extraction efficiency and the water solubility and utilization of effective active ingredients. The capsaicin in pepper balls made by this technology has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, cost reduction and extraction rate improvement.
