The design of POM plastic pepper ball mold is different from other plastic pepper ball molds, and POM plastic pepper ball mold can't process plastic pepper balls made of other plastic materials, mainly because POM plastic pepper ball has a larger shrinkage rate, so the mold cavity designed by the mold will be larger than that of ordinary plastic pepper ball mold, and the shrinkage rate of normal POM material is about 1.8-2.0%, which is much larger than that of other plastic raw materials. There are many specifications of POM plastic pepper ball diameter, and the larger the size, the greater the shrinkage. Simply refer to the shrinkage of POM raw materials to produce POM plastic pepper ball mold, and the plastic pepper ball will be smaller than the required POM plastic ball size. Although the shrinkage of POM plastic pepper ball is not fixed, it is also regular. Generally, the POM plastic pepper ball size is one millimeter in diameter. The cavity of the mold will be increased by about 2% on the basis of the shrinkage of raw materials. For example, the shrinkage of 5mm POM plastic pepper balls is 2.2%, and the shrinkage of 6mm POM plastic pepper balls is 2.4%, and so on, which is the material shrinkage in POM mold design.
