It is difficult for plastic pepper balls to achieve high precision. The main reason is that most plastic pepper balls are mainly produced by blow molding process. The diameter tolerance of plastic pepper balls produced by blow molding process is very large and the wall thickness is uneven. Therefore, plastic pepper balls processed by blow molding rarely use ball grinding machine to process precision hollow plastic pepper balls.At present, the techniques for manufacturing precision plastic pepper balls are mainly laser-welded plastic pepper balls and mold-remelted plastic pepper balls. The plastic pepper balls manufactured by these two techniques have uniform wall thickness, and the welded plastic pepper ball blank has good accuracy, no welding marks and beautiful appearance. Therefore, precision hollow plastic pepper balls are produced by these two techniques, and the produced hollow plastic pepper balls are polished after being ground by a special plastic pepper ball mill. Qualified precision hollow plastic pepper balls can be produced. The precision of hollow plastic pepper balls produced by this process is consistent with that of plastic solid balls. At present, all precision plastic pepper balls are produced by this process.
