The main difficulties in the in-mold fusion welding technology of PA hollow pepper balls are the manufacture of welding dies and the selection of welding machines. The welding dies used for PA hollow balls must have high machining accuracy and cannot rust, because the fused plastic pepper ball dies should be put into water for cooling. If the dies rust, it will affect the smoothness of products and the demoulding effect of plastic hollow pepper balls.
