There are two reasons for the material, that is, the PP material is not dried well, and there is a certain amount of water, which will enter the mold cavity with the melted rubber compound of the injection molding machine to form bubbles. Another reason is that the injection temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, and the PP material will gasify after high temperature, and the gasified gas will enter the mold cavity with the rubber compound to form bubbles. The solution is to fully dry the PP plastic, and then adjust the temperature of the injection molding machine to the normal production temperature of PP plastic. The main reason for the mold is that the exhaust design of the mold is unreasonable during the manufacturing process. After the rubber compound enters the mold cavity, the gas in the mold cavity cannot be exhausted outside the mold, and this part of the gas is trapped in the PP plastic pepper ball, forming bubbles. The solution is to exhaust the mold, which can solve the problem of air bubbles in the middle of PP plastic pepper balls.
