POM plastic pepper ball is the most widely used plastic pepper ball among all plastic materials. POM plastic pepper ball has the characteristics of high-gloss mirror appearance, precision comparable to bearing steel ball, wear resistance and high compressive strength, but the production process of small plastic pepper ball with a diameter of 2mm is relatively complicated.

Generally, POM plastic pepper balls are not produced by injection molding, but by grinding plastic pepper balls with a special ball grinder. Because the plastic pepper balls with a diameter of 2mm are too small, the cavity of the mold can't be completed by the traditional mold manufacturing process, so the manufacturing process of plastic pepper balls can only be grinded with large balls with a diameter of 2mm or more.
