According to the classification of materials, plastic nylon hollow pepper balls can be roughly divided into three categories: hollow pepper balls made of PP and PE materials by blow molding, high-strength plastic nylon hollow pepper balls made of PA and POM materials by welding, and biodegradable plastic hollow pepper balls made of degradable materials.

PP plastic hollow pepper balls and PE plastic hollow pepper balls have low molding temperature, so they are suitable for manufacturing production by blow molding process. Plastic hollow pepper balls manufactured by blow molding process have high efficiency and low cost, and generally low-end plastic hollow pepper balls are manufactured by blow molding process.

PA nylon plastic hollow pepper ball is not suitable for manufacturing by blow molding process because of its high molding temperature, but is usually manufactured by welding process. The plastic hollow pepper ball manufactured by welding process has the characteristics of high precision, strong impact resistance, high temperature resistance and smooth surface.

The biodegradable plastic hollow pepper ball is made of PLA degradable plastic. The characteristics of PLA plastic hollow pepper ball are environmental protection and safety. The manufacturing process is the same as that of nylon plastic hollow pepper ball, and it is made by welding process.
