Large-sized POM plastic pepper balls often have surface defects, and the surface will have cracks under the magnifying glass. The main reason for this defect is that the inside and outside of POM plastic pepper balls are uneven when they are cooled in injection molding
After the large-size POM plastic pepper ball is formed, the surface is cooled, but the internal glue is still cooled and shrunk. If the external glue has been cooled and shaped, the internal glue will pull the glue with the cooled surface to form cracks during the cooling process. The solution is to increase the mold temperature and slow down the surface cooling speed of the plastic blank pepper ball as much as possible, so that the internal glue will be cooled at the same time, so that the internal and external glue will form a whole, and it will not.
