1. Usually, due to the different thickness of the finished product or uneven hot and cold of the mold, the cooling rate of plastic in the plastic pepper ball mold is different, and the degree of shrinkage is different, which is easy to form bubbles, so special attention should be paid to the mold design.

2. As for the raw materials used, the added plastic has moisture, which decomposes after being heated during melting. However, if the tolerance of the injection screw is too small, air will easily enter the mold cavity of the plastic pepper ball to form bubbles.
