The solid plastic pepper ball is processed by injection molding machine while the plastic hollow pepper ball is processed by blow molding.

Plastic pepper balls are mainly used in machinery, such as slide rail plastic pepper balls, bearing sliding plastic balls and automobile sensor plastic hollow pepper balls.

Plastic pepper balls and plastic hollow pepper balls need to be grinded after they are initially processed into plastic blank balls. The plastic hollow pepper balls need to be finely ground with a special plastic hollow pepper ball grinder. After the fine grinding, they need to be polished. After polishing, the finished plastic pepper balls are obtained.
