The plastic pepper ball materials used for turntable bearings mainly include POM (POM plastic pepper ball), PA (nylon plastic pepper ball), PTFE (Teflon plastic pepper ball) PEEK plastic pepper ball, etc. The bearing pressure of the plastic pepper ball for turntable bearings is required to be below 200kg, and the diameter tolerance of the plastic pepper ball is required to be within 0.001 in terms of accuracy. The advantages of several plastic pepper balls in turntable plastic bearings are mainly introduced below.

1. POM plastic pepper ball (POM plastic pepper ball) has high hardness, good surface finish, no water absorption, can work in high humidity environment for a long time, has a temperature resistance between minus 30 degrees and minus 100 degrees, does not need lubricating oil, has long service life and slightly weaker impact resistance than nylon plastic pepper ball.

2. PA plastic pepper ball has high hardness, good toughness, strong impact resistance, good surface finish, no need for lubricating oil, strong high temperature resistance, can be used between MINUS 40 degrees and above 150 degrees, and has a long service life.

3. PEEK plastic pepper ball, with high strength, good toughness and high hardness, is the best plastic pepper ball with high temperature resistance among plastic balls, which can withstand high temperature above 200 degrees, but the material cost is high, so it is difficult for ordinary customers to accept the price of PEEK plastic pepper ball bearing.
