Plastic hollow pepper balls are made by blow molding process, and compressed air is used in the blow molding process. The pressure and temperature of compressed air have great influence on the quality of plastic hollow pepper balls. If the pressure exceeds a certain value, it will cause the phenomenon of plastic hollow pepper balls lacking glue and less glue.
Generally speaking, when processing plastic hollow pepper balls by blow molding machine, the pressure should be within 3kPa. If it exceeds this pressure, the pressure will be too high, which will cause the wall thickness of plastic hollow pepper balls to be inconsistent. One side of the wall thickness is too thin and the other side is too thick, and the strength of plastic hollow pepper balls is not enough, which will not only affect the appearance of plastic hollow pepper balls, but also affect the strength of plastic hollow pepper balls.
The second point is the temperature of compressed air. Plastic hollow pepper balls need temperature for molding. If the compressed hollow temperature used for blow molding is too low, the melted plastic material will be cooled rapidly and cannot be molded at all. Therefore, when the plastic hollow pepper balls are manufactured by the blow molding machine, the temperature of compressed air must be above 80 degrees. Only in this way can the normal operation of the blow molding machine be guaranteed and the quality of plastic hollow pepper balls can be guaranteed.
