PTFE plastic hollow pepper balls are widely used. However, due to the high temperature resistance of PTFE plastic, it is impossible to manufacture PTFE plastic hollow pepper balls by blow molding technology. Plastic hollow pepper balls produced by blow molding technology are only suitable for manufacturing PP plastic hollow pepper balls and PE plastic hollow pepper balls, and PTFE plastic hollow pepper balls are manufactured by laser welding technology.

The PTFE plastic hollow pepper ball is manufactured by welding process. Firstly, the semi-spherical PTFE plastic hollow pepper ball is manufactured, then the two semi-spherical hollow pepper balls are fixed with special tools, and then the two semi-spherical hollow pepper balls are heated by laser. When the joint of the plastic hollow pepper ball melts, the two semi-spherical PTFE plastic hollow pepper balls are quickly combined, and after the balls are fully fused for a while, the semi-finished PTFE plastic hollow pepper ball is manufactured. The next step is to put the PTFE plastic hollow pepper ball into a special plastic ball milling machine for grinding, and then polish it. After polishing, it is a qualified PTFE plastic hollow pepper ball.
