The density of TPX material is less than that of PP, and the density of TPX plastic solid pepper ball is 0.83g/cm3. TPX plastic pepper ball has the lowest density among all plastic pepper balls, and its high temperature resistance and fluidity are not as good as those of PP and PE materials. Therefore, TPX plastic hollow pepper ball cannot be manufactured by blow molding process.
PP plastic hollow pepper balls are mostly made by blow molding process, which is simple in process, high in manufacturing efficiency and low in cost, but the compressive strength of PP plastic hollow pepper balls is not high, the mask accuracy is not high, and the appearance is not smooth.
TPX plastic hollow pepper ball is made by hot welding technology of mould. The advantage of this technology is that the wall thickness and strength of TPX plastic hollow pepper ball can be adjusted according to needs. Because of the hot welding technology of mould, TPX plastic hollow pepper ball can be seen as an integrated spherical surface from the appearance, and there is no trace at the joint, so the manufacturing process of TPX plastic hollow pepper ball is completely different from that of PP plastic hollow pepper ball. Moreover, the production capacity and efficiency are not high because of the mold hot welding technology, so the price of TPX plastic hollow pepper ball is several times higher than that of PP hollow pepper ball. However, TPX plastic pepper ball has excellent temperature resistance and is superior to PP plastic hollow pepper ball in oil resistance and chemical resistance.
