Large-size PVC plastic hollow pepper balls are made by vinyl acetate, which is different from the blow molding process used by PP plastic hollow pepper balls. Plastic hollow pepper balls are made by mold centrifugal manufacturing process and need special vinyl acetate furnace to produce.

To make PVC plastic hollow pepper balls, firstly, the plastic PVC powder should be added with plasticizer to make paste, and then the paste PVC should be poured into the PVC plastic hollow pepper ball mold. After closing the mold, the PVC plastic hollow pepper ball mold should be pushed into the vinyl oven, which has a heating function. The PVC plastic hollow pepper ball mold can be heated at 360 degrees in the vinyl oven, and the PVC material should be heated and solidified continuously in the mold. After heating for a few minutes, the mold should be taken out and immersed in water for cooling, and then the mold should be opened.
