0.68 caliber PMMA plastic pepper balls are generally used as ornaments and optical lenses. PMMA plastic pepper balls have high light transmittance, but if there are problems in processing technology, they will cause color deviation and chromatic aberration, which will affect the appearance and light transmittance of plastic pepper balls.

There are generally two reasons for the mottling of 0.68 caliber plastic pepper balls. The first reason is that the injection molding machine is not a special PMMA product machine when producing plastic pepper balls. Because the original products will remain in the machine, or the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high when producing PMMA plastic pepper balls, some material properties will change, resulting in the mottling of PMMA plastic pepper balls. The improvement method is mainly to clean the machine.
